In the following window you can specify the characteristics of the new exercise that you want to create. It looks like this:

Name of the activity.
Writing mode: depending on which option has been chosen, letters in the exercise are in uppercase or lowercase.
Words: here you choose which words the pupil will have to form during the exercise.
Description: this field allows you to give a brief description of the exercise you are creating.
