The 13th IEEE International Conference on Advanced Learning Technologies (ICALT2013) will be held at the Beijing Normal University in Beijing, China. The theme for ICALT 2013 is " Reshaping Learning: Transforming Education through the Fusion of Learning and Technology". It is well known that the emerging new technologies have transformed both what young people learn and how they learn today. To adapt to the new generation of learners, who are largely digital natives, how to properly apply the technologies in the learning draws increasingly attentions from researchers, practitioners, and policy makers. The technical program will feature keynote addresses, workshops, panels, tutorials, and doctoral consortium in addition to presentations of refereed papers. Selected Papers will be considered for publication to Educational Technology and Society Journal, ISSN 1436-4522 [included in SSCI, Impact Factor: 1.011/2011 - Thomson Scientific 2011 Journal Citations Report]
